氣炸椒鹽紙包蝦
由氣炸取代油炸,加上紙包方式還不用動鍋碗,只要包一包丟進氣炸鍋,美味立馬上桌!

氣炸鍋食譜-椒鹽紙包蝦
❶ 準備材料
- 白蝦約20尾
- 蔥一小把
- 蒜頭適量
- 白胡椒粉適量
- 黑胡椒粗粒適量
- 乾辣椒適量
- 米酒2大匙
- 橄欖油(忘了入鏡)
- 海鹽適量(忘了入鏡)
把冷凍白蝦,放在流水沖3-5分鐘至退冰

把洗淨後的白蝦鬚鬚剪掉
取一張烘焙料理紙,將白蝦鋪上

椒鹽蝦一般都是油炸方式居多
我們用氣炸取代油炸,少油煙也更健康
而且用紙包把食材通通包起來,鎖住原始風味
還不用清洗油鍋,這道蝦料理是不是超方便的啦!

椒鹽紙包蝦色香味美,Q彈爽口又不油膩,唇齒留香最對味
椒鹽的香氣小朋友接受度也很高,一隻接一隻的吃,停不下來呀!
