氣炸鍋點心-古早味芋頭餅
❶準備材料
- 芋頭 300公克
- 無鹽奶油 30公克
- 甜味劑 (赤藻糖 )30公克 或 砂糖 30公克
- 奇福餅乾 適量

芋頭放進電鍋蒸熟軟,如果不確定可以用筷子戳戳看,可以輕鬆一戳到底就代表熟透囉!

把蒸好的芋頭趁熱壓碎

如果想要口感更細緻一點,可以在這個步驟過篩唷!

用湯匙挖取一個芋泥餅的用量

芋泥球全部都揉好後,就可以開始做芋頭餅囉!

拿一片奇福餅乾

取一個芋泥球放在餅乾上

再拿一片餅乾把芋泥球夾起來

然後用姆指把旁邊的芋泥收邊抹平

但想要像市售的古早味芋頭餅一樣有酥脆感,交給氣炸鍋就OK啦~~

而且我是用赤藻糖,給小朋友吃可以更放心!

我沒有再裹一層麵衣
純粹只用餅乾夾芋泥餡而已,吃起來也比較不膩口
所以步驟超級簡單的呀!

❹試吃心得
我超愛吃古早味芋頭餅,但每次都因為油炸的高熱量會讓自己罪惡感加深
在家做給小朋友當點心,減糖又少油,就可以放心許多呢!
餅乾本身帶點鹹味,加上芋頭的濃郁的香氣,就是超經典的古早味呀~
一定要趁熱吃才好吃唷!
如果冷掉了餅乾會受潮,口感就有差,再氣炸一下就OK囉!
