❶ 準備材料
- 香蕉 1 根
- 鬆餅粉 150g
- 無鹽奶油40g
- 蛋 1 顆
- 糖 60g
- 堅果 40g

全部食材都攪拌完成,盛入一個容器裡,等等方便倒模~

(我分裝在4個,發現裝不到8分滿,如果是3個,應該可以倒到8分滿比較剛好)

❷ 進氣炸鍋

先以200度氣炸10分鐘

烤到表面微焦即可~
要確定蛋糕有沒有熟透,中間可用竹籤或探針插入蛋糕測試,如不沾黏麵糊,就表示已經烤熟

如果表面OK,裡頭還沒熟的話,就以低溫再氣炸10分鐘至烤熟為止~
因為每一台氣炸鍋的溫度都會有落差,可以自行慢慢加時間比較保險唷!
