「黑輪」是高雄的經典美食
雖然製作成分和甜不辣差不多,
但南部人習慣叫黑輪片,北部人叫天婦羅,條狀的都叫甜不辣
不過製作黑輪片的用料(魚漿)比較實在,甜不辣的填充物比較多這樣
所以要吃真材實料的話,吃黑輪片會好一點!

❶準備材料

❷進氣炸鍋
無需解凍,直接放進氣炸鍋
黑輪外型圓扁,約跟手掌一樣大
所以氣炸鍋一次只能炸3片黑輪片

以180度氣炸10分鐘
