日清炸雞粉是炸物好幫手,用氣炸鍋取代油炸,省油又健康!

氣炸鍋料理-日清炸雞塊
❶ 準備材料
- 日清炸雞粉一包
- 雞胸肉去骨一盒(也可選帶皮去骨的)

將雞肉切成塊狀

我習慣加一點米酒去腥

倒一些日清炸雞粉在盤子裡,用氣炸鍋不用加水
之前照著說明上加了水,結果因為麵糊太濕,氣炸後所有肉塊全連在一起,變成大肉餅XD
這次決定直接用乾粉來做

雞塊都裹好粉後,靜置等反潮

反潮後再沾一次粉

放進氣炸鍋,在雞塊上均勻噴上油

❷ 進氣炸鍋

翻面再噴油

以180度氣炸8分鐘

最後再以200度氣炸5分鐘,就完成囉!

❸ 成品實拍
不用油鍋炸,用氣炸鍋做出來雞塊,既乾爽又不油,是不是很棒!

灑上一些七香粉增加香氣

雖然沒有像油炸那樣酥脆,但也有微酥啦!

肉質是柔嫩的唷,一點都不柴!
日清炸雞粉原本就有調味,所以很方便!
直接裹好粉就可以丟氣炸鍋了~
