氣炸鍋食譜-脆皮燒肉
❶ 準備材料
- 五花肉一塊 約600公克
- 米酒適量
- 白醋適量
- 食用油適量
- 五香粉2大匙
- 白胡椒粉1大匙
- 糖1大匙
- 鹽1小匙

五花肉一般市場都要買一整條
買回來一分為二,剛好符合氣炸鍋的大小,就可以一起醃起來放,想吃再拿出來炸!
把溫水稍為沖洗一下雜質後擦乾,別用生水唷~
淋上適量的米酒,將整塊五花肉按摩一下!

用鋁箔紙把四周包起來,留著表皮不用包
