氣炸鍋食譜-金針菇香菜肉丸子
❶ 準備材料
- 絞肉300g
- 香菜1小把
- 金針菇1包
- 紅蘿蔔1小條
- 雞蛋1顆

準備醃料
- 醬油2大匙
- 蠔油2大匙
- 蒜末1大匙
- 低筋麵粉2大匙
- 玉米粉2大匙
- 鹽巴1小匙
- 胡椒1小匙

絞肉加入已切碎的紅蘿蔔、香菜、金針菇拌勻
