❶ 準備材料
- 堅果1小碗
- 即食燕麥約20g
- 奇亞籽約20g
- 蔓越莓適量
- 蜂蜜1大匙
- 白開水2大匙
- 肉桂粉少許(可有可無)
- 香草精少許(可有可無)
