鬆軟的舒芙蕾總是讓人著迷,其實食材和作法都超簡單,只要喇一喇送進氣炸鍋,完美零失誤呀!

氣炸鍋甜點-舒芙蕾
❶ 準備材料
- 雞蛋2顆
- 低筋麵粉20g
- 細砂糖30g
- 無鹽奶油適量
- 糖粉適量
- 鮮奶1大匙(忘了拍)

先將要用的烤皿刷上一層奶油

再灑入適量的砂糖,這可以讓舒芙蕾爬高高,也好脫模

蛋黃和蛋白分別取出

2顆蛋黃加入15g砂糖拌勻

加入一大匙鮮奶

加入已過篩的低筋麵粉後攪拌均勻

另外來處理蛋白部份
蛋白也加入15g的砂糖

用電動攪拌棒打到彎勾

先挖一大匙打發蛋白加入蛋黃液混合

再倒回打發蛋白的盆裡

倒入烤皿,約8分滿

❷ 進氣炸鍋

取出稍微放涼再脫模,不脫直接吃也可以~

灑上糖粉

依個人喜好加淋上蜂蜜

我沒有打鮮奶油,是直接挖一匙優格,再加一些藍莓果醬,就完成囉!

成品是不是看起來超美的啦!!
去餐廳隨便也要百元起跳,自己做五十塊不到,就可以很有儀式感啦!

口口都充滿迷人蛋香,蛋糕邊邊因為有刷糖的關係,還有些微酥脆的口感,好好吃吔!
