氣炸鍋食譜-素食版蚵蛋包
❶ 準備材料
- 蔥油餅3片
- 舞菇1包
- 高麗菜1/4顆
- 韭菜1小把
- 雞蛋3顆

韭菜、高麗菜切好備用
高麗菜我有加少許鹽巴後擰乾水份
舞菇不用洗,手剝成小塊

準備一個小碗
把已退冰的蔥油餅鋪在底下
放進適量高麗菜和韭菜

素食版有點像韭菜盒,但沒有事先炒過,所以步驟超簡單
只要切好,用蔥油餅包起來就完成啦!

記得如果要加蛋的話,要選小顆一點的蛋,才不會爆蛋~
