將所有調味料加進絞肉裡

稍微拌勻即可,不用出筋

取一張已回溫的蔥油餅

我先把絞肉分成5等分
今天絞肉的量可以做成5顆胡椒餅

再抓一把蔥花放上去(也可以蔥花拌進絞肉裡)
