充分拌勻後,靜置15分鐘

皮塔餅用平底鍋乾煎後,剪成對半

煎過的餅皮中間會呈空心狀,輕輕拆開,就像是多拉A夢的口袋
再塞進生菜及橙汁莎莎醬就完成囉!

因為要給小朋友吃,我調整了酸度及辣度,直接用果汁取代
在COSTCO買的柳丁百香金萱,剛好派上用場!
簡單低熱量爽口醬料,配烤肉配海鮮、麵包都百搭呀!
做好的莎莎醬冰在冰箱,冷藏放個三四天沒問題,想到就拿出來加一點~
