❶ 準備材料

蝦仁洗淨加入適量鹽巴、米酒抓醃約30分鐘
熱鍋倒入橄欖油,將蝦仁煎至變色,就起鍋備用~

加入切好的洋蔥、綠蘆筍、玉米筍、蕃茄

❷ 成品實拍
溫沙拉的料理,不需要過於複雜的烹調手法,吃來又不會有油膩感
像我今天做的是海鮮類的沙拉,搭配上水果醋,水果的甘最能提引出海鮮的鹹甜好滋味
微酸帶甘的甜潤滋味既爽口又開胃,水果香氣為料理的美味加分不少
就算當正餐也相當有飽足感唷!
