❶ 準備材料

洗淨後的小腿,加入鮮奶、胡椒粉、鹽巴,抓勻後冷藏30分鐘

準備低筋麵粉和地瓜粉,比例各半

低筋麵粉和地瓜粉混合後,雞小腿裹粉

都裹好粉的小腿,靜置等反潮

這時候來調韓式辣醬
後來我把蜂蜜改成2大匙

上列食材加入後拌勻備用

❷ 進氣炸鍋

以180度氣炸6分鐘

翻面噴油再氣炸6分鐘

最後再以200度氣炸3分鐘,讓表面更酥脆!

換一個乾淨的內鍋,倒入調好的韓式辣醬

以180度氣炸3分鐘

❸ 成品實拍
香噴噴的韓式炸雞,光看就讓人食指大動!
其實就是炸雞拌上醬汁,料理並不困難唷~~
外面賣一份貴鬆鬆又吃不過癮,自己做想吃多少都沒問題啦!
不用起油鍋,也可以輕鬆端上桌~

因為是氣炸鍋版本,不會有厚厚的麵衣
吃到最後比較也不會顯得太過油膩~
