香鬆飯取手掌心量的大小
先揉成圓形中間壓出一個凹洞

填入鮪魚沙拉醬後再包起來
或是在鮪魚上面再抓一些飯來蓋住後再包也可以

包好餡的飯糰要用力緊壓,以免過程鬆散開來
