香菇先刻花,金針菇、雪白菇、鴻喜菇去蒂頭備用

菜頭去皮
切成和刨刀一樣寬度

把兩片薄片交疊捲起來

再交疊捲好備用

我個人的喜好所以選了櫛瓜

里肌肉或是豬五花皆可,我覺得里肌肉捲起來比較美,但豬五花比較好吃😋

食材都備好後,就開始來插花囉~~

先把洗乾淨的大白菜,舖一些在鍋底墊高

對了,我還有用一些青江菜葉和玉米筍點綴在四周
而青江菜的梗留約一公分,切開也很像一朵花的模樣
完全不用技巧呢!
各種不同的菇取一小撮,插在剛捲好的食材中間
自行穿插,把空隙都插滿
再放上刻花香菇

最後再擺上肉肉玫瑰花就完成囉!

「花畑」在日文裡是「花田」的意思,是日本的一種特色鍋物
將食材捲起,整整齊齊地放在鍋子裡,就彷彿美麗的花在鍋內一朵朵綻放
一眼望去就像盛放大量美麗花朵的花田一般,就被取名為「花畑鍋」了~

因為生肉不能擺太久唷~

花畑鍋主要的材料有大量的蔬菜及菇類,營養均衡
蔬菜捲捲與雞湯融合,超級鮮甜美味、餘韻無窮~
在過一個大魚大肉的年,吃點養生菇菇鍋,是不錯的選擇唷!
清爽無負擔,很適合跟家人一起吃,用來招待客人也很適合
