蓋上瓶蓋,放進冰箱冷藏2-3天,使之入味

- 無鹽奶油100公克
- 酒漬葡萄乾70公克
- 糖35公克
- 奶粉15公克
- 蘭姆酒10公克

因為太想吃六花亭,網路買又貴鬆鬆,乾脆自己做
上網查了做法,深怕在做餅乾這部份會失敗,直接買現成的
在賣場看到這款牛奶餅,外型真的挺像的,讓我想起了六花亭
牛奶餅成分又蠻單純的,就放心的拿來取代
所以只剩內餡就簡單了,偷笑))

不用揉麵團,不用烤,只要拌好內餡,餅乾夾起來送冷藏就完成,是不是很簡單呀!
