❶ 準備材料

取一個淺盤,鋪上2張烘焙紙
因為要倒入醬汁,所以放一個盤子有點深度,液體才不會流出來

放入已吐好沙的蛤蜊

切好的蔥末、薑片、辣椒也一起放進去

❷ 進氣炸鍋

我今天選用的蛤蜊比較大顆,所以時間有比較久一點
如果蛤蜊沒開,時間就要拉長
建議蛤蜊選中等大小,然後量不要太多,蛤蜊才有空間張開唷~
(實際烤的溫度和時間可依自家氣炸鍋調整)

新鮮飽滿的蛤蜊在清酒中緩緩張開,肉質彈性又細緻,每一口都是精華的汁液
因為這次太貪心,包太多蛤蜊, 花了點時間才讓蛤蜊全開XDD
有些已過熟有消風了,不然蛤蜊其實是很肥美的!

剩下的湯汁就是蜆精呀~
千萬別浪費,拿來拌飯或是當高湯煮火鍋,也很讚唷!
