❶ 準備材料
- 花雕酒60CC
- 醬油40CC
- 麻油1大匙
- 杏鮑茹2朵
- 去骨雞腿1隻(仿土雞口感比較好唷!)
- 當歸1-2片
- 川芎1小把
- 甘草5-6片
- 枸杞適量
- 薑片適量
- 白胡椒粉適量

但總覺得差了那麼一點,就是酒香不夠濃厚呀!
